Created a PE (Performance Enhancement) stand alone web-based software designed to have little dependencies on other main software, generate reports compliant to EPCRA and a more stream-lined work flow.
Time entry mobile app
Create a time mobile app that will track entering and submitting time with accuracy, reliability, and provide correct feedback for US and International clients

For the past 5 years, I've passionately championed the enhancement of diversity within the design community. In my role as the co-founder and co-lead of Black Designers @Microsoft (BDAM), I've dedicated myself to mentoring and supporting numerous individuals in transitioning to design from non-traditional career paths. I have been on many panels and been a speaker to further show my passion for creating a community of designer where we all can be our authentic self and encourage those to choose design as a career!
